Employee in Regional Key Account Management Inside Sales (m/f/d)

What to expect:


  • You will take on the strategic and operational support of your customers in collaboration with the responsible Key Account Managers.
  • You are responsible for the preparation and followup of customer appointments.
  • You actively support customerspecific project business.
  • You establish and maintain longterm customer contacts.
  • The creation and maintenance of customer associations, assortment analyses, analysis of new and zero customers, and much more are also part of your area of responsibility.
  • You work with internal interface departments such as purchasing, IT, accounting, and logistics.
  • Customer visits with the responsible Key Account Managers complete the range of tasks.

What we expect:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have experience in working with common MS Office programs as well as SAP and have a very good technical understanding.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You convince with your communication skills, your confident appearance, your strategic thinking, and your assertiveness.
