What to expect:
- You will take on the strategic and operational support of your customers in collaboration with the responsible Key Account Managers.
- You are responsible for the preparation and followup of customer appointments.
- You actively support customerspecific project business.
- You establish and maintain longterm customer contacts.
- The creation and maintenance of customer associations, assortment analyses, analysis of new and zero customers, and much more are also part of your area of responsibility.
- You work with internal interface departments such as purchasing, IT, accounting, and logistics.
- Customer visits with the responsible Key Account Managers complete the range of tasks.
What we expect:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You have experience in working with common MS Office programs as well as SAP and have a very good technical understanding.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You convince with your communication skills, your confident appearance, your strategic thinking, and your assertiveness.
