We are looking for YOU as a
Network and Volunteer Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Since 2002, Prisod Wohnheimbetriebs GmbH has been a social service provider on behalf of the state of Berlin. We operate several community accommodations throughout the city. Our facilities house asylum seekers, refugees, and homeless individuals with their children.

Every day, we all work together to ensure the well-being of our residents and the smooth operation of our accommodations.

Our interactions with all individuals in the facility are characterized by respect and consideration for their individual life stories and needs.

Your tasks

Establishing and structuring a sustainable and viable network between all stakeholders in the facility
Maintaining the network and promoting a trusting collaboration between the facility and external organizations (support groups, churches, organizations, associations, etc.)
Establishing a central point of contact for any inquiries from third parties regarding volunteer activities
Coordinating and supporting volunteer engagement among residents and neighbors of the facility
Acting as a liaison between the fulltime employees of PRISOD, the residents of the facility, and the volunteer supporters
Representing the facility in the district (committee meetings, information events, street and neighborhood festivals, etc.)
Working closely with the Corporate Communications department
