- Provide clear and concise clarifications to senior estimators and preconstruction managers
- Attend project site meetings and interviews as required
- Develop knowledge in building designs and implement cost savings strategies
- Build effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in preconstruction and/or operations on commercial projects
- Demonstrated knowledge in civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam
