    Front Desk Supervisor | $17/hr. Plus Medical, 401k, and PTO

    As a Cambria Front Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

    • Giving our guests the best hospitality experience possible
    • Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally always
    • Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
    • Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction promptly
    • Answering switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.
    • Blocking rooms and handling special requests.
    • Monitoring room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.
    • Handling safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
    • Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord
    • Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
    • Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
    • Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
    • Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
