    **Front Desk Supervisor | $17/hr. Plus Medical, 401k, and PTO**

    **As a Cambria Front Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities include:**

    Giving our guests the best hospitality experience possible

    Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally always

    Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality

    Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction promptly

    Answering switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.

    Blocking rooms and handling special requests.

    Monitoring room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.

    Handling safe deposits by guests per established procedures.

    Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord

    Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism

    Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)

    Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance

    Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
