    Description
    Join our dynamic logistics team in Arlington, TX as a Router and take charge of our fleet's frequency and capacity With a competitive salary of $18/hour, we offer three shifts to fit your lifestyle:
    Shift Options:
    • Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM
    • Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Tuesday to Saturday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure truck availability and route readiness, with daily routes set every 3 days and multi-day routes within a week.
    • Master the Descartes Route Planner to manage fleet, optimize routes, and handle special delivery scenarios.
    • Make real-time route adjustments and maintain timely route publications for smooth operations.
    • Serve as the communication hub, coordinating with various teams to uphold DOT compliance.

    We're seeking candidates with:
    • A High School diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of routing or related experience.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to present effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of Descartes or similar routing systems.

    Physical Requirements:
    • Comfort with prolonged sitting or standing.
    • Attention to Safety: Safety protocols are crucial; candidates must adhere to safety guidelines.
