Mountain Valley Petroleum is looking for an experienced professional and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Logistics Office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
  • Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.
  • Plan deliveries to inventorymanaged retail gas outlets.
  • Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and fuel distributors.
  • Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
  • Monitor web portals for station inventories.
  • Solicit freight from customers.
  • Create loads in Creative Energies dispatch system.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused throughout the shift.
