- Admin Oversight: Act as the functional administrator for the Singer AutoQuotes program and all divisional AQ instances and admins, performing necessary updates and maintenance tasks.
- Manufacturer Settings Management: Manage and maintain all divisional updates to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
- User Management: Manage AQ users and liaise with various departments including IT, Purchasing, Product Team, Sales and divisional admins to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact with AutoQuotes & with Singer AQ users for AQ-related inquiries, assisting users directly and advocating for their needs with AQ support when necessary.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement internal training plans, providing regular tips and tricks to users and facilitating workshops to reinforce best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Sales Support: Generate sales reports and dashboards, assisting with new hire onboarding through AQ training as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project or Program Management or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with AQ (AutoQuotes) program preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
