What are your responsibilities?

For you, the success of all areas involved in revenue is top priority. As a Business Analyst / Revenue Operations Manager in the Revenue Operations team, you will create reports, determine key figures across all customer processes, and provide specific insights to the respective department heads.

  • You are the first point of contact for department heads when it comes to reports, key figures, and evaluations related to all revenue and customer processes, such as the development of recurring revenues to non-recurring revenues or revenue per lead source from month to month.
  • You monitor internal marketing, sales, and CSM processes and have an overview of the entire customer journey.
  • You proactively implement optimizations in our CRM systems HubSpot and Salesforce and ensure smooth implementation with HubSpot and Salesforce specialists. You place great importance on the ability to evaluate data.
  • You use HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as Power BI, to create and visualize your analyses.
  • You support our Lead Revenue Operations with all other tasks and are happy to contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have more than three years of professional experience in data/business analysis, consulting, or revenue operations.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce Lightning and have experience with reports and dashboards in Salesforce. As
