- Supervise a team of 6+ direct reports in manufacturing, shipping, maintenance, and scheduling.
- Maintain open and continuous dialogue for employee relations.
- Drive facility performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Provide leadership in production, labor, material costs, design, and scheduling decisions.
- Guide continuous improvement initiatives impacting key performance indicators.
- Develop teams and capabilities to meet strategic objectives.
- Establish a culture of communication and engagement among plant employees.
- Lead change initiatives and capital projects.
