- Chemical or industrial engineer who boasts 10 to 15 years of professional experience, preferably within the food and chemical process industries.
- Experience in an international company
- Gained extensive experience in managing production and maintenance environments. Responsible for the introduction of continuous improvement and the implementation of change management processes.
- Strong people skills, real coach
