    Randstad Staffing is hiring for a Plant Manager in Rock Island, IL The Plant Operations Manager oversees all operations at a 150+ employee, two-shift manufacturing site, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

    $120,000 - $140,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Supervise a team of 6+ direct reports in manufacturing, shipping, maintenance, and scheduling. Maintain open and continuous dialogue for employee relations. Drive facility performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed. Provide leadership in production, labor, material costs, design, and scheduling decisions. Guide continuous improvement initiatives impacting key performance indicators. Develop teams and capabilities to meet strategic objectives. Establish a culture of communication and engagement among plant employees. Lead change initiatives and capital projects. Represent the plant in community engagement activities. Manage plant P&L responsibilities. Provide visible leadership across all shifts.
