- Managing tickets for service requests, incidents, and problems.
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and administration for various technologies, including Windows-based applications, Citrix Servers, VMware, and databases.
- Lead technical meetings, coach junior staff, and complete other assigned tasks
- Candidates must have an Associate's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or an industry-standard certification, or equivalent experience to parallel industry-standard certifications.
- The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in a job that involves providing support for Windows desktops and/or servers.
- Proficient in written and oral communication (English)
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience providing customer-facing support or support in a Call Center environment
- A+ or Network+ Certifications is a plus
- Basic networking familiarity
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Project Management, SQL Database, EDI, and IT Management experience is preferred
- Transportation logistics experience is a plus but is not required
