Inspiring, Teaching, and Supporting the Professionals of Tomorrow We are looking to fill a professorship (m/f/d) in the field of Early Childhood Education for the winter semester 2024/25 at our Bochum campus, initially limited to 2 years on a part-time basis, starting on Your Responsibilities

You will represent the field of Early Childhood Education in teaching and research in our practice-integrated Bachelor's program and work with us to train the next generation of professionals (for more insights, please refer to the module handbook).

You will create and lead lectures and be responsible for the individual support of our dual students during their exams and when writing their final theses.

You will provide practical and well-founded basic knowledge in Early Childhood Education and be able to train our students in areas such as leading and managing social institutions, working with families, and educational work with children and vulnerable groups.

You will be involved in the creative development of teaching formats within the didactic concept of the IU for the dual study program and further develop it in collegial cooperation.

Your Profile The approach of the IU International University is to provide practical content. Therefore, we are looking for an expert in the field of Early Childhood Education who stands out for their previous professional experience, scientific expertise, and didactic skills
