  • Experience in telephone work desirable
  • Pleasant conversation skills, open and enthusiastic customer communication
  • Enjoy making phone calls and selling complex products and services

Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing

  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Sense of responsibility, persuasiveness, and commitment

Responsibilities:


  • Telephonebased development and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Recording and updating customer data
  • Scheduling appointments for field sales
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  • Database maintenance and research tasks
