This position is part-time with a weekly workload of 27.5 hours.


Your Role in Our Team:


  • Technical supervision of apprentices
  • Teaching theoretical and practical content in various training programs
  • Assisting with applicant selection
  • Conducting learning assessments and exams
  • Supporting the daily operations
  • Designing learning units
  • Assisting with the development of training at CLAAS production sites
  • Responsible involvement in operational and strategic training topics

Your Profile:


  • Completed training in mechatronics and as an industrial or trade master (m/f/d) or technical degree
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in mechatronics
  • Relevant work experience and first leadership experience
  • Good English skills
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for digital tools and media
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong implementation skills
  • Interdisciplinary, strategic, and solutionoriented thinking, as well as a structured work style
  • Authentic appearance, empathy, commitment, and teamwork
  • First experience in adult education desirable
  • Ability to adapt to change and make decisions
  • High level of flexibility, resilience, and conflict resolution skills
  • Intercultural competencies and willingness to travel
