Quantum Partners is a Zuni Pueblo-owned and internationally operating M&A consulting company based in Munich, specializing in technology transactions.

We are currently seeking a M&A Analyst (m/w/d) for our office in Munich.

Your responsibilities

  • Support in M&A project modules (e.g. company valuation, information memorandum, financial modeling/business planning, longlist & outreach, due diligence coordination)
  • Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets, as well as assist with project acquisition and marketing
  • Prepare pitch materials
  • Take initiative in developing our tools, competencies, and networks

Your experience and skills

  • Interest in business and technology-related topics, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new situations, business models, and technologies
  • Internships or working student positions in the M&A department of an investment bank, M&A boutique, or the M&A department of an industrial
