    VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment. Operating under the name Vallorbs, our Bird in Hand facility has specialized in custom Swiss Screw and CNC precision machining for over 70 years. Vallorbs has grown to envelop diverse industries including nuclear, agriculture, medical, and dental. We pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality products in the USA and supporting our local communities through stewardship efforts and volunteer hours.

    • Pay starting at $15/hour
    • PTO eligibility after 90 days
    • Benefits eligibility 1st of month following 30 days; including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
    • Quarterly Incentive Bonus
    • Weekly pay

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspecting precision machined products at various stages for quality assurance
    • Must complete documentation forms for products inspected
    • Follow procedures for inspection of products
    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety rules

    Requirements:

    • Good eye acuity
    • Must have strong communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Must have good math and reading skills
    • Experience with inspection instruments and equipment (e.g. thread gage, micrometer, plug gauge)
    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and perform work that can be repetitive in nature
    • Frequent grasping, finger dexterity, bending and twisting of wrist and hands
    • Strong organizational & record keeping skills
