We are looking for a part-time employee (approx. 20 hours) to join our team in Aichach as an Employee (m/f/d) Personnel Administration.

Your responsibilities:


As a member of our HR team, you will have a versatile role and be responsible for the care of our employees.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Certificates: You will coordinate certificates using our certificate generator and ensure that they comply with applicable regulations.
  • Personnel development: You will also be responsible for organizing and managing further training measures for our MEA team.
  • Personnel statistics: You will create the monthly national and international personnel statistics.
  • Representation function: In addition, you will take on the representation for contract management and recruiting.
  • Administrative tasks: In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for general administrative tasks in cooperation with the HR team.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have additional qualifications in personnel management
