- Understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently with general direction
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Manage and perform multiple tasks concurrently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in Marketing roles
- Previous communications and marketing experience
- Public exposure with the Huntsville, AL government contracting landscape
- Experience with multiple DoD and Civil clients through marketing efforts
- Ability to generate and influence marketing efforts to refine your skills
