    Compensation: My agents can easily make $80,000 in their first year- it's up to you to show up and put in the work

    Compensation:

    $80,000

    Responsibilities:
    • WORK + HUSTLE / HUSTLE + WORK We are a driven team of professionals who eat-breath-sleep real estate. If you are like-minded and have a strong work ethic, you will fit right in If not, please do not apply.
    • Attend team trainings in person at the team office in Jupiter, FL; as well as weekly virtual meetings.
    • No part-time agents; we are all or nothing
    • Must have at least 1 year experience under your belt + minimum 3 transactions
    Qualifications:
    • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
    • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
    • Great communication and social skills
    • Past sales experience is preferred
    • Organized and manages time effectively
    • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
