- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs
- Respond quickly and cooperatively to all emergency line calls
- Ensure equipment maintenance for manufacturing, distributing, and ensuring food quality by abiding by good manufacturing practices, food defense, HACCP, and SQF requirements
- Maintain standards for efficiency, continuous improvement, safety, and quality in maintenance
- Service production equipment, complete work orders, and document activities
- Maximize OEE through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, BBSO's, and corrective actions
- Operate various power tools and equipment
- Cultivate a safety-first culture
- Maintain a clean work area and practice good housekeeping regularly
- Adhere to facility policies on safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Able to handle physical workload
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
