**The US team manages all of DCMNs client strategy and execution for North America. We work hand-in-hand with our international colleagues to execute market entry and growth campaigns.**
We usually respond within **three days**
**About the team:** The US team manages all of DCMNs client strategy and execution for North America. We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues across offices in Berlin, Munich and Amsterdam to execute market entry and growth campaigns in the US and Canada. We are also responsible for all domestic US clients. We are a highly collaborative team and work together to solve all challenges. We expect honesty from each other and highly value the trust we have built both in the team and with our clients.
**You will be working in:** English (fluency required)
**How you will make an impact:**
Assist with negotiation and placement of commercials with television media for clients.
Estimate, update and adjust all broadcast ratings.
Negotiate and document rates, special placements and added value.
Assist with execution of media plans while adhering to established budgets and timelines.
Clearly and accurately communicate orders and changes to media vendors.
Monitor buys in progress, arrange for makegoods and credits and take responsibility for the post-buy results of all buys.
Track media expenditures in Core Direct to ensure budget compliance.
Research and maintain a record of trends, innovations and changes that affect media buying
Collaborate with clients and media team members to resolve media billing issues.
Analyze and interpret campaign results.
Assist with preparation of campaign reporting, based on the DCMN proprietary TV attribution tool as well as third-party tools.
**Skills you will need to be successful:**
At least 2 years of working experience in DRTV
Strong affinity for working with numbers and Excel
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage projects
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, hands-on attitude
Practical work experience within a startup and/or in the field of marketing for digital brands is a big plus
Knowledge of the US TV media market (other media and/or markets are a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Efficient and result oriented working style
