REPORTS TO: WELDING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM DIRECTOR WAGE: $ PER HOUR; 15-20 HOURS WEEKLY DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS OF THE CAMPUS. The actual weekly schedule is flexible and will be determined by the Manager. This position is appointed on a per-academic-term basis. JOB SUMMARY :Under general supervision, is responsible to maintain the WELD labs and assist students as needed. Will also perform general maintenance, housekeeping, and limited office tasks, along with other duties as directed by the WELD staff. The Lab Assistant works under the direct supervision of faculty providing administrative and instructional support with lab activities for the Welding technology program.
