    The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution.

    Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.

    Works with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business.


    What you'll do:


    High-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solutionStrategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationshipWorks to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunitiesWorks with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's businessWhat experience you need:Bachelor's degree in communications, education, or related field, or equivalent experience4+ years client facing sales experienceWhat could set you apart:Executive presence, ability to present to large groupsExperience working with companies focusing on data driven solutionsStrong organizational and customer management skillsExperience with SaaSProven willingness and ability to assume ownership of accountsProven willingness and ability to make positive contributions in a team environment#LI-Hybrid#LI-ES1We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
