    Extrusion Operator Houston TX 77041
    We are hiring immediately for 2-3 Extrusion Operator Houston TX 77041 for our expanding manufacturing facility to oversee plastic extrusion equipment, cutting and packaging machinery, and forklift operations. The best candidates will have at least 1 year experience in a similar manufacturing environment, able to work a day shift (including weekends if necessary), and be very safety oriented.Join us and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of top-quality products.

    • Adhere to our Food Safety Plan and actively contribute to enhancing the site's safety culture.
    • Perform equipment setup, adjustment, and testing to maintain optimal operating parameters for product quality.
    • Manage material supply to keep the production line running smoothly.
    • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve production targets.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving.
    • Conduct routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation to uphold food safety standards.
    • Assist in equipment repairs and component replacement as required.
    Extrusion Operator Houston TX 77041 Requirements:
    • Minimum one year of production environment experience operating equipment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Must be able to pass background check (No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever)
    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
    • At least 1 year forklift experience
    • Proficient in reading measurements using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
    • Capable of standing for extended periods.
    • Strong attendance record and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Preferred: Experience in a company with a food safety program, plastic extrusion equipment operation, bagging/boxing equipment operation, or shipping/receiving roles.
    Location: Houston TX 77041 Pay: Starting at $17 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7 am - 5 pm.
