Position: Procurement Manager of Contract Manufacturing

In this role, you will be a key part of our Procurement team, overseeing relationships with our contract manufacturing partners. Your responsibilities will include optimizing processes, managing projects, and ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for Contract Manufacturing services.
Lead manufacturing projects from concept to commercialization.
Drive operational savings through continuous improvement initiatives.
Streamline processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
Ensure compliance and manage risks related to quality and customer service.
Utilize metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
10+ years of experience in Procurement and Operations management.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
