V. is a post-care facility for individuals with mental illnesses located in Beaver, PA. We have living arrangements for adults in Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, and Graben-Neudorf, and for adolescents and young adults in Reilingen.

We are currently seeking care workers for our therapeutic and intensive therapeutic youth living group in Reilingen.

Responsibilities include providing care, support, and assistance to residents in their daily lives.

This may include tasks such as administering medication, basic treatment measures, accompanying residents to appointments, and supporting and monitoring their daily routines (room organization, hygiene, following individual weekly plans).

Other responsibilities include building a trusting relationship with (assigned) residents to support and promote their management of symptoms and achievement of their care plan goals, as well as organizing leisure activities and facilitating their reintegration into society.
