Do you love everything related to vehicles? Do you have a strong customer service mindset and relevant experience in the automotive sector?

Then we are looking for you () to join one of our client companies directly.

With the possibility of 2 days of home office and working hours between 8am-6pm (core hours 9am-2:30pm) within a 40-hour work week.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing the entire vehicle fleet of your clients as part of a service solution
  • Advising our wellknown clients on all questions related to fleet management (from procurement to financing to marketing)
  • Close collaboration with our departments
  • Optimizing the fleets of your clients and realizing potential savings
  • Customerspecific management of sales of additional services and products from creating offers to closing deals

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a vocational training in the service and customer service industry, in a commercial or technical field.
  • You have a strong customer service orientation and a serviceoriented character.
  • You are passionate about delivering the right results and solutions for your clients.
  • You quickly adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • You have proficiency in common software programs (MS Office, especially Excel/Word).
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable.
  • You are a reliable team player.
