As part of a team, you will holistically support our SAP applications for the HCM area - including add-ons and interfaces to subsystems
With a keen eye for detail, you will analyze the requirements of our departments and expertly assess their feasibility
In addition to optimizing existing solutions (including process documentation), you will also develop new solution strategies and implement them through customization
We also rely on your participation and (partial) project management in various IT projects - especially in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4HANA
Managing external service providers is also part of your responsible agenda
Last but not least, our SAP users benefit from your in-depth expertise - through professional consulting as well as training and workshops in the SAP HCM environment
If suitable, there is the option to take on the SAP HCM team leadership in the future

Successful degree in business administration or business informatics or equivalent IT training
Many years of professional experience in the support of SAP HCM modules PA
