- Customer Assistance: Providing direct support to customers via various communications.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Creating technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other resources to help customers resolve common issues independently.
- Product Return: Initiates an RMA request on behalf of the customer.
- Quote and Order Processing
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on new technologies, industry trends, and product developments through ongoing training, certifications, and self-study.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnosing customer-reported problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues effectively. Collaborating with others to address complex or escalated issues.
- A.A.S. in associated technology or equivalent is preferred.
- One year in an electromechanical production environment helpful, but not required.
- Blueprint reading helpful for reading parts break downs.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- SAP experience helpful.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Participative work style.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with many diverse personalities in challenging situations, while presenting a courteous, professional demeanor.
