    Process Enhancement:
    Analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend improvements to processes


    Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards


    Collaboration:
    Work with cross-functional teams on projects and process enhancements


    Production Oversight:
    Monitor daily production, identify trends, and report variances


    Leadership:
    Provide oversight for production lines and offer training support as needed


    Problem Resolution:
    Investigate and prepare reports on production issues and customer complaints


    Efficiency Improvement:
    Contribute to developing operating goals for cost reduction and efficiency


    Innovation:
    Conduct trials to optimize manufacturing processes and validate new products


    Safety:
    Maintain hazardous waste training requirements and authorize process changes and work permits when necessary.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field


    Experience:
    2-5 years of technical experience in plant or research roles


    Skills:
    Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook


    Flexibility:
    Willingness to respond to emergencies and work overtime


    Initiative:
    Ability to implement process changes and drive improvements.
