Production Oversight:
Monitor daily production, identify trends, and report variances.

Leadership:
Provide oversight for production lines and offer training support as needed.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and prepare reports on production issues and customer complaints.

Efficiency Improvement:
Contribute to developing operating goals for cost reduction and efficiency.

Innovation:
Conduct trials to optimize manufacturing processes and validate new products.

Safety:
Maintain hazardous waste training requirements and authorize process changes and work permits when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

Experience:

2-5 years of technical experience in plant or research roles.

Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Flexibility:
Willingness to respond to emergencies and work overtime.

Initiative:
Ability to implement process changes and drive improvements.
