Position Summary
The Campus Assistance Program (CAP) counselor is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team who will provide employee assistance and occupational mental health and prevention services to the population served by the LSUHSC - CAP.
Under the supervision of the CAP Director, the CAP counselor will be responsible for providing mental health crisis intervention, assessment, short-term counseling, case management, drug testing services, monitoring, and reporting.
