- Administrative Excellence: You will be responsible for co-managing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, inventory management, order processing, and coordinating shipments.
- Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Learning and Adapting: Prior forklift experience is required, preferably stand-up electrics.
- Provide backup and assistance to the Shipping Supervisor and Warehouse Associates as needed.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime and some weekends as needed to support the warehouse team. Attendance and punctuality are key.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Hunger for personal and professional growth, with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and opportunities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Physical ability to lift and move objects in a warehouse environment (lifting requirements will vary)
