Triad Service Center is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at our Corporate location in Grand Rapids th St SE, Kentwood, MI This is a full-time position hours per week with a well-established company that is continuously growing. This person needs to have great communication skills, as well as be self-motivated to provide superior service.

Triad Service Center is a multi-state provider of parts, warranty, maintenance, and service for most makes and models of floor care equipment, and other commercial equipment.

Established in 1977, we have 46 years of experience serving the industry. Triad is associated with Morrison Industries.

The position would be primarily Monday-Friday, Full Time, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM position at hours per week. Paid Weekly.

Responsibilities:

Handle shipping and receiving tasks efficiently for USPS and UPS shipments.
File claims and monitor claim statuses diligently.
Organize warehouse and workstations for optimal efficiency.
Receive incoming products promptly and ensure they are placed in designated locations on shelves.
Label products accurately and create new labels as needed.
Ship out products ensuring all shipments are processed on the same day.
Perform cycle counts daily to maintain accurate inventory records.
Manage dead stock and transition slowmoving inventory to fastmoving stock.
Place stock orders weekly to replenish inventory levels.
Monitor backordered parts and communicate with vendors as necessary.
Utilize company vehicle for transportation between sister companies as required.

Requirements:

Prior experience with forklift operation preferred.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Proficiency with numbers and ability to memorize product codes.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Exceptional multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
