What to expect?

  • You will provide telephone and email support with global customer contact - focus on electrical and control systems
  • You will conduct electrical troubleshooting with customers/representatives on all systems
  • You will search for spare parts for electrical components and send them for quotes
  • You will perform online troubleshooting for control systems, parameter settings, conversions, etc.
  • You will provide online support for the FOOD.LOG and PROCES software via "Teamviewer" for troubleshooting and updates
  • You will handle incoming returns, organize trainings, server migrations for Food.Log, IP address changes, and network structure support. You will also repair and maintain SQL databases in Food.Log, establish interfaces between customer networks and systems, and obtain Food.Log license extensions/updates

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training as a mechatronics technician or have a degree in electrical engineering/mechatronics
  • You have extensive knowledge of SAP
  • You are proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook
  • You have good English skills
  • You work independently
  • You demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and creativity in solving technical problems
