YOUR ROLE:


  • Join a highly motivated HR/Sustainability board office team as a full member
  • Gain valuable insights in the development, management, and implementation of strategic HR/Sustainability projects and processes
  • Provide support in preparing board management presentations
  • Actively contribute to internal and external positioning and communication of global HR and its leadership team
  • Design and organize top management events, both internally and externally
  • Assist the board office team with daily tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Gain a 360° perspective of the entire HR organization

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Currently enrolled student with completed first semesters of studies
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills
  • Openminded, determined, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
