Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions for connecting large equipment (e.g. EEG, TMS, eye trackers, motion trackers) to experimental setups
- Design and develop specialized software solutions for experiment control
- Program and create experimental procedures, such as stimulus presentations, moving image stimuli, etc.
- Analyze and evaluate experimental data, including EEG, EKG, EMG, EDA, EOG, respiration, eye tracking, and other behavioral data
- Set up and maintain clinical biofeedback and neurofeedback systems
- Provide technical advice to team members
- Assist with the selection and procurement of large equipment (researching the market, obtaining quotes, negotiating discounts if necessary)
- Conduct and assist with complex data analyses
- Develop and maintain data management and open science infrastructure for the department
- Occasionally assist with the administration of the department's IT infrastructure
The Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy department offers an excellent research environment for the translation of neuroscientific findings into clinical-experimental research and new interventions.
