- Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
- Understand the surroundings and event details to answer questions.
- Accurately distribute tickets (proof of purchase) to each customer.
- Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to the dress code - Uniform polo tucked in, black professional pants or shorts, and comfortable sneakers within the uniform colors.
- Must be able to work outside in any weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be able to continuously stand for extended periods (3-6 hours)
- Must be able to work the majority of the event season. Events are scheduled days, nights weekends, and some Holidays.
- Follow all safety standards.
- Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
- Answer customer service questions concerning parking, answer general customer inquiries courteously, professionally, and effectively, and refer questions to the supervisor when applicable.
- Will be expected to take direction from Managers, Supervisors, and emergency responders during emergencies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 1+ years in a customer service role
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions is preferred.
- Some positions may require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to work standing up/on feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 15 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Cashiers, Lot Attendants, Traffic Controllers, Valets, Shuttle Attendants, Lot Security, Maintenance, and Supervisors
Starting pay at $13.00/hr (Pay rates vary based on position)

Job Fair Dates:
Park in the RED GARAGE and proceed to level 3 and Legends Pl, walk out towards Fat Tuesdays, and make a left.
