Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and manage the product roadmap for Marketing Technology needs.Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team to understand how to improve conversion rates for users on the digital storefronts.
Manage the implementation of needs for Optimizely's content management system (CMS), ensuring components, features and the user experience align to business across various channels.
Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented features and user experience changes.Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in marketing technology or related fields.
Extensive experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) or Content Management Systems (CMS).
Experience working with digital marketing solutions and analytics platforms.
Experience creating and optimizing consumer facing, retail Marketing websites.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
Proficient in agile product management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
