RECRUITER (M/W/D)

PART-TIME Company:
BSS BOHNENBERG GMBH | Location: Solingen | Category: Professionals and Managers We are looking for a motivated employee to support our commercial department as a Recruiter (m/w/d) part-time (20 hours/week) initially limited to 2 years


YOUR TASKS:

  • Direct approach of candidates on social media platforms
  • Support in the initial selection including conducting initial interviews with suitable applicants
  • Development and creation of internal and external job advertisements, including placement on various portals
  • Contact person for headhunters and recruitment agencies
  • Support in the development and optimization of new HR recruiting processes
  • General commercial tasks

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Fluent in Hana
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently
