Summary


This position involves verifying and managing cost accounting and accounts payable records, preparing invoices and vouchers, typing, filing, posting ledger and general journal entries, and balancing accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

The role also requires using office-automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries.

The ideal candidate must have experience with German finance and accounting laws and regulations, as well as German bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and must be fluent in both German and English.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
90% Clerical Accounting

  • Utilize software programs such as SAP, Work4All, Personio, and Workday to process business transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
