We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in customer service to provide comprehensive support to our private and commercial customers in our team at Aspermont, TX.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive telephone, personal, and written support and consultation to ensure high customer satisfaction
Processing of all customer inquiries for private and commercial customers of AÜW and affiliated companies
Handling various customer requests (e.g. relocations, invoice inquiries, and maintenance of customer and meter data)
Participation and support in projects within the scope of responsibilities

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training
Ideally, knowledge of energy industry processes and energy billing and market communication
Preferably, familiarity with the systems used (SAP IS-U and MS Office)
Precise and customeroriented work style
Strong communication skills
Willingness to take on responsibility, work independently, and have a handson mentality
