- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize protein quantification methodologies
- Lead bioanalytical approach to support in vitro and in vivo studies assessing the efficacy, safety, and mechanism of action of gene therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific expertise and support for gene therapy research programs.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, present findings internally, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and emerging technologies in the field of gene therapy.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of preclinical and clinical studies, including experimental design and data analysis.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of gene therapy manufacturing processes.
- Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline such as molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with a Master's degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in protein quantification techniques and gene expression analysis
- Experience with cell culture techniques is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in gene therapy research is desirable.
- Knowledge of preclinical and clinical study design and execution, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced research environment.
