    Description

    Our client, a global leader in product innovation and customization, is seeking a Tax Accountant for a 100% remote opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 4+ years of experience in public or private accounting, and knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT).

    • As the Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the VAT settings in the Tax software, managing indirect tax compliance processes, and assisting with advising business units on VAT and excise tax related matters. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering timely and accurate VAT returns, performing VAT balance sheet accounts analysis, and supporting Group Tax with global VAT and indirect projects.
    • The ideal candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are also necessary.
    This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a direct hire for the right fit. The hourly pay range for this position is $50-55.
