    Job Description

    Paragone Solutions is looking for a skilled Information Systems Security Manager/Developer to ensure top-notch security in the Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services (FNCS) environment. This role involves designing, testing, and assessing information system security in Alexandria, VA with occasional remote work permitted.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Analyze system/security design considering life cycle support.
    • Apply security policies to applications, assess cybersecurity measures, and develop risk profiles.
    • Build prototypes, conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and ensure data backup capabilities.
    • Develop cybersecurity products, hardware, software, and ensure data backup.
    • Create Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations plans.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies and security solutions.
    • Identify security functions, remediate technical problems, and prioritize system functions for recovery.
    • Perform risk analysis, provide implementation guidelines, and store and manipulate data for analysis.
    • Integrate methodologies, employ configuration management processes, and update security measures.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting information security projects for the Federal government or USDA is preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
    • Experience in cloud security and implementing cloud solutions is required.
    • Experience with cloud native technologies preferred.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field required.
    • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CGRC, CRISC, or CISM required.
    • Certifications in Splunk Enterprise, Tenable vulnerability management, and Tanium required.
