- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Vendor Relations Representatives to develop and implement a comprehensive procurement plan.
- Schedule and monitor regular meetings with leadership and partners.
- Engage with all leads, including cold calling.
- Oversee and track all procurement campaigns until their completion.
- Regularly track and report on all procurement leads using Microsoft Suite tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Support the Vendor Relations Department and Representatives by managing the Outlook procurement inbox Service Applications and the activation and deactivation logs of service providers.
- Ensure the completion of the onboarding process for each acquisition, verifying that all information is collected, completed, and complies with Fidelity regulations.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the business, including but not limited to: authorization, purchasing, escalations, and customer service.
- Travel is required 10% or less of the time.
- A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience in a service contract provider or service provider environment is preferred.
- Experience in Authorization is desired.
- Capability to travel occasionally, including all aspects of planning and execution.
- The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, goal-oriented, comfortable interacting with a diversity of people, able to work independently, remain highly productive, and driven towards goals.
- Proficiency in the full MS Suite, DocuSign, Zoom, and MS Teams, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software.
