VadaTech is searching for a Junior Production Planner to play a key role in coordinating and organizing production schedules in a manufacturing environment.

The chosen candidate will ensure the smooth and timely production of goods while maintaining high-quality standards. The responsibilities of this position typically involve:

• Production Scheduling: Developing and managing production schedules to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
• Demand Forecasting: Analyzing sales orders to predict product demand.
• Coordinate with Departments: Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Capacity Planning: Assessing production capacity to meet targets.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing production issues promptly.
• Communication: Effectively conveying production schedules and changes to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate production-related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a background in production planning, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of supply chain management.

Familiarity with production planning software, inventory systems, and quality control processes is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience in data analysis, are desirable.
