Your tasks:

As a Junior Project Manager, we offer you the opportunity to enter the field of project management by supporting our project managers in the preparation, planning, and monitoring of individual project progress in technical, scheduling, and economic aspects.
You will also take on your own projects and evaluate the received offers. You will learn how to manage construction sites and lead project teams.
Depending on the area of application, ventilation systems have very different requirements. You will develop customized solutions and ensure the success of your projects with your technical and organizational know-how.
In addition, you will handle contract-related correspondence, create additional offers, and serve as a contact person for our customers.

You have a degree in building services engineering, building technology, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
Alternatively, you have a comparable technical education and further training, such as a master's or technician's degree in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical engineering.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in project work and building technology, for example as a construction manager, technical system planner, or working student.
Personally, you convince with your initiative and curiosity, treat customers and business partners as equals, and work well independently as well as in a team.
